In order for us to market your property, we need a Marketing Agreement to be in place before we do any work. It's not only "best practice", it also means that everything is open and transparent right from the very beginning.
Our Marketing Agreement is combined with our Terms of Business and this creates a contract between you and H2L Property Management Limited. We also require your bank details if this is the first time you've worked with us, or if you're an existing Client, if you've changed your account details since the last time we worked together. If you're unsure of anything, please ask. We're here to help.
Once you have downloaded the relevant forms, please sign them, and either post them back to us, fax them or scan them and then email . Whichever is easiest. All our contact details are at the bottom of this site. Please do keep a copy of our Terms for your future reference.
